Didnt actually do anything different but was relaxing, i read a book after a very long time watched some tele played with my lil star. Hmmmm we did actually plan on going out to a mall called Forum but it didnt quiet happen that way thanks to my sleep. I have been sleeping a lot which is a very refreshing change so buggu if u r reading this then u know i am following my 5 commandments lolzz............
Yep before my buggu left to US for his studies he told me there were 5 commandments i had to follow (apart from the 10 commandment i already follow) they were as follows: (on priority basis listing them)
1) Work Out (Go to the GYM)
2) Take Care of ur health (Sleep Well)
3) Eat Well
4) Say my Hi to ur Mom n Bro when u call them
5) Talk to my hair (Grow them)
The second and third commandment are followed rest all me working on it ...........

Day One Of My Vacations
My vacation let me tell u how it started off....... I was actually hoping to go to US to meet my bubu tats the main reason y i took this leave but then things didnt really work the way i wanted and so i landed in Banglore (which by the way i dont regret at all).
As you guys already know i am a crew so i get discounted ticks (yea yea one of the perks stop being so J i deserve them heheh), so as it is always we thats is the staff are the last ones to know if they got on the flt and me being smart didnt go to the airport erly coz anyways they make u wait and give u 35 to 40 mins to reach the gate so Duty Free is never a possibility but I manage to squeez it some how dont ask how i do it and that matters, so again this time round the same happened they gave me 35 mins so i run once i get my boardin pass i had to xchange money, had to pick up a big box of Malteesers and pick up few dvd's for my camcorder ..... (yep my new passion i love to capture events rite now the my lead actor is my lil nephew Ethan and supporting Actress is myself :) i can smile n no one complains heheh ok getting back to the topic, I then reached the air craft and happened to be the last one, luckily no announcement were made that would have been embarressing ........
I get to my seat it was 25 A and aircraft type was Boeing, and next to me were 2 other staff one a engineer and the other mother of a staff an old lady, the guy next to me started chatting up and I actually didnt mind it, he had stuff to tell me about aircrafts that i wasnt aware of hence he was interesting ..... and the old lady next to me poor thing got emotional by the end of the flight (she spoke in kannada n i dont know the lingo so i really wasnt much help "the man in the middle" actually calmed her down).
Wen we reached Blr i was in no hurry as we reached early ... and i was expecting my BIL (in case u didnt know its stands for brother in law) to come later i was the last ones to leave and as i expected it took ages to get my bag coz they had kept it in a different place oh welll finally i made it out and saw my bro in law .........
The drive to the house was quiet long n scary (u will know wat i mean when u get to India). But we made it safely thank God for that ..... n i met my lead actor also know as buggu or dukor just like the other matharo in my life (the last line is only for someone special to know and that person knows it), and i was tired so had din din n slept.
The next day that is today it was a combination of sleeping and playing wid the child and wathin tele nothing really different that i did............
Oh i did go out for a stroll need excercise not much just to get out of the house kinds and on our way we dropped by coffee day something like Costa's or Starbucks... Not a bad menu but i wont say they were excellent but they werent as bad as i expected but i will try something else next time any suggestions bubu ......... oh n we did have panipuri from road side nothing so great ....... anyways thats all from me, I am being told we will be visiting a shopping mall called Forum tomm so watchout for a preety girl wid camcoder coz i m gonna be shooting my lil star hehheh watch out Ethan Coz me gonna be shootin u hahah n see u soon .........

Meeting your future MIL
I know all u girls are scared of the MIL(mother in laws) but think about them as humans they just like us they there once where we are. I know it doesnt ease off the fright but u will have to get used to them no matter what. I too like u peeps have a MIL, and a preety nice one she thinks i am preety oh i forgot the lil detail she doesnt know i am dating her only beloved son, and i dont wanna think about what would happen when she finds out, i'll worry about it later as my buggu says "All in good time". I just thought i would let u peeps know that my MIL thinks me preety YIPPY its kind of fun i did know of it before and hearing it from the horses mouth is different and i know the fact that (i am actually prepared for this one) once she finds out about us she will never say it to me.
So the poor lady will have nothing to hold against me, when her son and my buggu says he would love to marry me inspite of the fact that i am a Catholic (and he is a Hindu) which is fair enough ....i understand... hmmm me very HAPPPY :))) talk to u soon (feeling a bit drowsy had a lil too much of that white wine)

Duty i Hate
Me @ CBC doing the duty i have always been scared of, Airport Standby, for some weird reason this duty has always given me the shivers i wonder y ..... its probably the most uncertain moment of ur life with the added uncertainities we already have.
You can never know where u could be headed to... you could go to NYC or Australia any part of the world or u may not go anywhere at all where ever it is the standby duty can be something scary as u need to pack for everything the summers that means my swim suit (even if i dont go to the pool) or winter clothing that means my jacket and boots (I dont really enjoy winters much) so yea dont like it.
Oh and i forgot to mention i hate the bell they have its the once u have in the airport ting tong the minute they hit that buzzer my heart skips a beat hoping and praying i am not the one they want to pick .... (i would one day need a Defeb to keep me going if i start to get this duty on a routine), More from me later

New from me
Ah me feel quiet guilty as i had told myself that i will try to blog more often, but then i havent had the luxury of time, been quiet busy from the start of this month. I am on something called a can use month let me eloborate on it as i m sure most ppl wont have heard of it its like a standby month where in u r treated like a reserve, but can use is for the naughty ones like me (all i did was forgot to take my passport for work oh well) and mind u peeps i have a lovely reserve month to look forward for.
This is not what i m upset abt, i am upset abt the fact that things r not going my way anymore i had planned for a vacation in Aug, n i was so looking forward for it but now the new visa rules for US says it has a 60 day waiting period, I am soooo upset. Then i thought probably it all be ok if i shift my leave but guess wat more annoyance when they said i cannot amend it has its all within a month hmmm. For now all i can do is keep my fings crossed.
Since i m soo annoyed i will also type this the other day i walked into my unifom laundry place, i was all cheerfull n happy as i had a standby just b4 that n i wasnt pulled out, so in i went and the lady at counter had a very sour face n here i was without a receipt so she had to search my uniform and give me a paper to sign as i took my uniform without a receipt, see the place is very systematic all they need is my staff no. for which she told me something like i have other work that quiet upset me coz her work is to give us our uniform, and also that by her laziness n slowness i could have missed my bus n then would have to wait for an hr or more depending on the next flight arrival. Now that i have blurt it out i m quiet happy lolzz

My Day Today
firstly i must say i was as mentioned before not very loyal to this site.
Oh well my flight was excellent, i did duty free again and the pax were excellent i had one of them who thought i was preety, see i didnt tell u i had the most fucked up flight the previous day so getting a compliment worked for me. I had a report done on me where i was told i was hard working, friendly and had a very approachable face. Oh guess wat the pax loved me so like i said i am a very people person, so buggu's folks will definately like me(i really hope so) ever since he has said i will probably meet them in dec i am a bit scared need to loose weight (i dont think i am fat, dont we all)
hmmm went shopping wid buggu n didnt buy anything; i am working on my saving bit and i am dating a STUDENT hehehe

Party Hard!!!
Lets see, i woke up yesterday quiet early but still managed to step out only after 12 noon and the only reason i did was because i had booked tickets for Jhoom Bharabar Jhoom (JBJ) Oh well my reviews on the movie -it definitely killed time, a complete time pass. I loved the song title track, n i really thought big B looked very cute wid the jazzy belt n the works! Oh and i really loved his acting in cheeni kum, so thats my views on the movie.
Then we (me and my baby) went to Bur Juman (BJ) and we did wat I love BEST - which is S - H - O - P - P - I - N - G it sure is a great therapy. Me n buggu shopped ties and i loved them both :) and buggu likes them too so it works for me :)

My Flight to Banglore
Oh well.. lets start from the morning. I had kept an alarm for 8:00 but manged to wake up only by 8:30. Did my morning chores, kept thinkin i am gonna be late but managed to leave home by 9:15. The pick up was at 9:20 but then ..... guess wat? The world as always had to scheme against me, so the lift wouldnt work! I live in a building with over 50 floors, yep one of the tallest residence apartments in the world or so the net says! Of all the 6 elevators that we have, only one decided to work and that too it stopped at every floor! Awesome isnt it? I live on the 16th floor so u can imagine it stopped 15 floors! There ..missed my bus by 15 mins, so the only option in front of me was to either drive or to cab it !
These days i'm on a phase i need to save money as i know i am not gonna be working for long. As much as i love my job i have other priorities in life, so i need to do something abt it. I decided on driving and it was fair, i could pick my buggu on the way... Cabbie fare saved for 3 peeps (these are the times i agree i have a manglorean upbringing... ah i love manglore ahhh the food u should try the chicken sukka, my favourite! Oh come on i am distracted already! Lol!) ...so i drove like i was a grand prix driver reached there in 20 mins and still had abt 15 mins to reporting time and so i ate my youghurt had my choco milk; in short had my breakie there !
Then we started the breifing, it was simple and easy, but i think its abt time i start studying as my recurrent may be anytime soon. Like in another 3 to 4 months, then came the turn for positions and when i mentioned i wanted to do the galley my crew member seemed quiet happy about it. This was the second time i ever did galley and was already facing a problems such as when to heat the breads, as they go out first & at the same time its not hygienic to keep the meals on the floor... we also have space constrains etc etc but i managed n i survived it. The service went smoothly and crew were supportive but to having run the show from the back comes with a cost and that was having a Champange, 7 up, water and white wine falling on me! I was just so accident prone it was not funny! For the next round, that is the way back, i was prepared coz i was more organized as there was more time in hand. I had 2 pax (passengers) who had travelled with me from JFK to Dubai and we had a CIP.. not telling who (oh CIP stands for commercially important person) He was quiet nice again the service ran smothly thanks to me ehm ehm ...I deserve some credits! Hahaha and i was doing my round of PR when i went and asked how the flight was?
My standard question is would u like to comment on our flight today, anything - good, better or best as we are never worst! To be honest i do choose the people i go speak to too and i was told i am a friendly and a very professional and that the service was excellent food was good. After all i cooked (warming up the meals and cooking is the same thing i could possibly burn the food too u know but the food was great hhehehe) and by the end of the flight i managed to take a nice little bath with red wine too! So much for alchohol is not good for the skin... bla bla bla :) But the flight went good so that was nice .. more from me but in a bit

About Me !!!
hiya! Abt me- i am 24yrs born and raised in the Middle East.. well almost! I did do my 5 yrs in india - my primary schooling, but i always liked ME more -as its more pampered, probably thats why !
After i finished my primary i did my High school in dubai again finished it .. during my summer break i worked at a telemarketing office, then tried my hands on promotions in the supermarket,events etc it was fun so i stuck to it for a while i did couple of escort n hostess job for shows, premiers, launches i enjoyed it .. then i got into college .. during one of my promotions i was recognised for my outstanding job done and got a job in the office so then i worked for a events management in the pre sales dept. I had to create slides and quotes it was a neat thing to do. I did do my college studies while i worked so i had to juggle them both but i managed by just scrapin thru it ..
Then one fine day i got to know abt the IMF that was held over here and i worked for it i think 10 to 15 days it was fun again, odd hrs, meeting different new ppl if i havent mentioned i love meeting new ppl i am very friendly or so i am told lol then happened my current job i am a cabin crew with a leading airlines in the UAE and a proud one at that .. hehe i love my job !
I had always wanted to be a Air Hostess i would look at the hostess in the flight and go i want to be where she is and dream .. i am very grateful to have managed to be one i completely enjoy every bit of it meet different people solving issuses. I wont say its always that way there are definately days when i want to be anti social but the work that i do doesnt let me be, i have to be cheerful no matter what. The bitterness may lie in me, sometimes i think we become robots at work, no matter if the passengers yell or cry throw a major fit by the end of the flight when passengers leave the aircraft u smile n say 'babye stranger' ! Oh well apart this i totally love my job. I have seen so many new places, tasted so many different cusines,... have i not mentioned i love FOOD! Lol! ...met different people, partied in so many different countries, oh yes one thing we good at are our after parties ;)
We love to crib about the flight we just did, so if u happen to be the first one to call me after my flight dont be shocked if i say i am tired oh there is passenger he was bla bla bla !

A little LOST
This is the first time I am doing anything of such sort, I have never managed to even keep a diary properly. I tend to be easily bored, but I think at this point of time I really need to keep a journal on myself … oh well ...
I am confused, well when am I not confused ! But till now I used to be confused about what is love, all about now I am thinking if there is anything like real friendship, if there is really a feeling that you have for a person who u consider just like a sister or brother a part of your family.... I thought I did .
Are friends not suppose to be happy when u are ??
Today for the first time my buggu didn’t seem very playful; he is always playful but today he was like if she wants to she will or else its all good.
